04/11/07 - Not much play lately

I've been exhausted with work and taxes lately. It will be over soon. Tomorrow my LLC returns will be printed. Friday or Saturday my personal will be done. I achieved a financial goal of owning enough real estate to have a ZERO income tax liability. It feels good to use all the tax loopholes available to your advantage.
