I haven't played poker for 3 days! I run out of time and go to bed.
Today I added another property to my real estate empire. My agent had it rented before I even closed! Awesome. Now I have to crank out a rehab like they do on TV on "Flip that House" or the "Real Deal." 5 days to complete a loft conversion into a bedroom, cleaning, and minor paint. My handyman says we are ok. We shall see.
I should put in a session tomorrow. I don't want to get rusty.
